FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every store gets 30 days free. After that it's $14.99 a month, or $149.99 a year.

How does Forecaster decide how much to reorder?

It forecasts how many units each variant will sell over the days you want covered plus your supplier's lead time, then subtracts what you have in stock. The difference is your reorder quantity.

What if a product is new?

Forecasting needs history. Until a product has about eight weeks of sales, Forecaster uses its average daily sales and shows you that it's doing so.

Which sales does it use?

All of your Shopify sales channels by default. You can narrow it to specific channels and choose whether to include B2B and wholesale orders.

How often are the emails sent?

You can get a low-stock report every morning, every Monday, or both. Each one lists products that are running out and how much to reorder.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall Forecaster from your Shopify admin. Billing stops automatically because it runs through Shopify.
